THE GHOSTLY ENCOUNTERS BLOG

WHAT IT IS:  The Ghostly Encounters BLOG (GEB) is a collaborative education project conceived by authors/investigators Jeff Scott Cole and Jonathan Robson that seeks to engage other serious investigators and enthusiasts who are dedicated to the advancement of paranormal inquiry.  It is our hope that through intellectually honest and respectful discourse, common themes and best-practices will continue to emerge that promote and advance this truly mysterious field of study.

WHAT IT’S NOT:  GEB is an interactive social site intended for likeminded investigators and enthusiasts to share, exchange, network, and engage in respectful debate.  It is NOT intended as a no-holds barred chat-room where people and groups can disparage other people or groups.  Please wipe your shoes and leave your baggage at the door.  Responses and interactions will be monitored.

“I do not agree with what you have to say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.” (Voltaire)

The one minor caveat we would add is to keep your comments brief and to the point.

HOW IT’S GOING TO WORK:  Through a series of on-line questions, polls, and surveys, themes of interest will quickly emerge.  This, plus features and articles provided by guest contributors, we hope to engage your curiosity and involvement. In the interest of establishing a degree of order from the noise and chaos of the internet, the editors’ website Advisory Committee; made up of experienced investigators, will regularly upload articles and essays of interest.  Members are free to comment.  Submissions are welcome and may be sent to the Editor-in-Chief.  Membership to the “public” portions of this site requires REGISTRATION and is free.  Only members of the TPP community may comment on posted materials, and/or submit materials for publication consideration.

*Membership to the site and posting privileges are at the discretion of the editors and Advisory Committee, and may be revoked at any time.
